1. Pengertian Komunikasi

Kata atau istilah komunikasi (dari bahasa Inggris “communication”),secara etimologis atau menurut asal katanya adalah dari bahasa Latin communicatus, dan perkataan ini bersumber pada kata communis Dalam kata communis ini memiliki makna ‘berbagi’ atau ‘menjadi milik bersama’ yaitu suatu usaha yang memiliki tujuan untuk kebersamaan atau kesamaan makna.

Komunikasi secara terminologis merujuk pada adanya proses penyampaian suatu pernyataan oleh seseorang kepada orang lain. Jadi dalam pengertian ini yang terlibat dalam komunikasi adalah manusia. Karena itu merujuk pada pengertian Ruben dan Steward(1998:16) mengenai komunikasi manusia yaitu:

Human communication is the process through which individuals –in relationships, group, organizations and societies—respond to and create messages to adapt to the environment and one another.Bahwa komunikasi manusia adalah proses yang melibatkan individu-individu dalam suatu hubungan, kelompok, organisasi dan masyarakat yang merespon dan menciptakan pesan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan satu sama lain.

Untuk memahami pengertian komunikasi tersebut sehingga dapat dilancarkan secara efektif dalam Effendy(1994:10) bahwa para peminat komunikasi sering kali mengutip paradigma yang dikemukakan oleh Harold Lasswell dalam karyanya, The Structure and Function of Communication in Society. Lasswell mengatakan bahwa cara yang baik untuk untuk menjelaskan komunikasi ialah dengan menjawab pertanyaan sebagai berikut: Who Says What In Which Channel To Whom With What Effect?

Organisasi, Konflik dan Motivasi

1. Tipe atau Bentuk Organisasi

Berdasarkan Tipe atau bentuknya:

Dalam perkembangan untuk saat ini pada pokoknya ada 6 bentuk organisasi yang perlu diperhatikan. Bentuk organisasi tersebut adalah:

ORGANISASI LINI (LINE ORGANIZATION)

Diciptakan oleh Henry Fayol, Organisasi lini adalah suatu bentuk organisasi yang menghubungkan langsung secara vertical antara atasan dengan bawahan, sejak dari pimpinan tertinggi sampai dengan jabatan-jabatan yang terendah, antara eselon satu dengan eselon yang lain masing-masing dihubungkan dengan garis wewenang atau komando. Organisasi ini sering disebut dengan organisasi militer. Organisasi Lini hanya tepat dipakai dalam organisasi kecil. Contohnya; Perbengkelan, Kedai Nasi, Warteg, Rukun tetangga.

1.   PENGERTIAN ORGANISASI

       Organisasi pada dasarnya digunakan sebagai tempat atau wadah dimana orang-orang berkumpul, bekerjasama secara rasional & sistematis, terencana, terorganisasi, terpimpin dan terkendali, dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya (uang, material, mesin, metode, lingkungan), sarana-parasarana, data, dan lain sebagainya yang digunakan secara efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Istilah organisasi dapat diartikan sebagai :

Wadah : Sekelompok manusia untuk saling bekerja sama

Proses  : Pengelompokan manusia dalam suatu kerja sama yang efisien

Secara singkat pengertian organisasi adalah suatu kelompok orang  yang bekerja sama dalam suatu tempat atau wadah untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.

2014 is a special year for Indonesia. In this year Indonesia will have a new head president and vice president, replace the last president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) whom he already twice being our president and Boediono whom accompany  SBY as our vice president in second periode.

The election will be held on around June-July. But nowadays, the candidates it’s still not clear. For me, as a youngster and new elector I still confused who’s the candidate I will vote. I’ve just heard issues about the candidate , they are Jokowi, Abu Rizal Bakrie, and then Prabowo. But that’s just the head president not with the vice president. I know the president because I saw them on tv more than once a day, they’re showing kindness, bravely and another good attitude to get people hearts to choose them on the election.

I definitely will choose at the election, although I’m not sure, I will vote Jokowi. He show he’s good attitude and good act until now to fix Jakarta as well as he can and I think he’s almost success. I hope that he will do same as well if he can be our head president.

My name is Nur Putri Noviyanti just call me Novi. I'm 18y.o. Nowadays i studied at Gunadarma University majoring Information System. It's about system in technology, how it impact to our life, how it use and etc. I entered IS (information system) because i want to be someone who are can handle many thing just her/him hand using computer/laptop or anything like that. That's so cool or me specially if a girl could be like that. Hopefully i can graduated less than 3 years again and already accepted in one of big IT company in this country, or maybe abroad with a big salary too.My parents will be so proud of me then. As we know, that Gunadarma University is on the 5th place at the last rank of university in Indonesia, Gunadarma University are excellent specially in IT. Many graduate from there now is a success IT worker. To be success like them, i have to learn in everywhere, not just in my class but also in outside. In internet, computer bazaar, IT festival and many more. So it will help me to quickly graduated.
